Shipping policy

Orders for in-stock items are dispatched via Australia Post within 3 business days of payment being received. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, so if you need your item by a specific date, please get in touch before placing your order and we’ll do our best to assist.

Both Standard and Express Post options are available, with pricing calculated at checkout. To ensure your piece is well protected in transit, your order may be shipped in a protective box rather than a standard hat box.

We are based in Sydney, Australia but are always happy to ship internationally.

For international orders, any customs duties, taxes, import tariffs or additional fees imposed by your country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges (VAT, GST, sales tax etc) are not included in the price of the item or the shipping cost and must be paid directly to your local customs authority.
